From November 3 to 9, 2025,
the Calamart Gallery presents Aujourd’hui comme autrefois, the analog photography exhibition by Jasmine Caye.
The artist showcases around forty monochrome prints created between 2023 and 2025, captured in France, Thailand, India, China, and other locations, spanning landscapes, everyday scenes, and historic sites. The exhibition offers a sensitive journey where space becomes a voyage through time, evoking timeless atmospheres and universal gestures that transcend generations.
The choice of analog photography and black-and-white enhances this sense of permanence and slowness, while the darkroom prints engage in a dialogue with works by Fred Goyeau and Thomas Consani, forming a cohesive ensemble of memory, contemplation, and transmission.
